Project Overview
For our client—a builder of off-shore platforms, Tegron’s turnkey methodology and project management philosophy contributed the ultimate success of their goals. Initially assigned a relatively minute role in the project, Tegron quickly became integral in the procurement, controls system design, and instrumentation of the platform auxiliary systems. Our unique turnkey methodology ensured our client was being consulted by one the leading engineering companies in the platform business. Tegron project management philosophy made certain our client and the vendors met the budgets and the schedule defined by the end-user customer.
Tegron was also responsible for the extensive testing of the platform before it was transported for installation. This allowed for smoother and reduced off-shore commissioning of the platform. In addition, extensive training was provided to the client, allowing operations personnel to effectively maintain and perform the daily operational duties.
