Overall responsibility for Tegron revenue from an assigned account relationship(s), geography, or vertical industry regment including marketing planning, account planning, and project pursuit. Leads all commercial and business development activity in the assigned area including ownership of relationship development and maintenance, alignment of Tegron resources with needs of customers, and long term vision for Tegron with assigned market.

Job Description

  • This position typically is responsible for management of the creation of greater than $4.0MM dollars of annual revenue.
  • Responsible for guidance to Tegron delivery organization for aligning career development activity with market needs.
  • Responsible of the ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard by the Tegron delivery organization to influence the development of properly aligned Tegron operational and business standards, products, and services. Commit to Tegron values of Ethics and Standard
  • Commit to “being for” Tegron location or business unit management and executive team
  • Responsible for the communication and vision of Tegron strategy to local team.
  • Requires a highly motivated leader clearly capable of communicating ideas to create a positive morale with Tegronites, and be accommodating to other locations for their needs
  • Manage a typical business size of $4.0 to $8.0M
  • Provide forecasted revenue with the appropriate labor to buyout mix and specified as bid gross margin levels
  • Guidance and council to Delivery organization regarding planning to improve bad trends as communicated by all location or business unit KPIs
  • Identify areas of improvement, and implementation of these improvements
  • Managing location or business unit business development budget
  • Develop and manage key and strategic partnering relationships with vendors and/or subcontractors as they are required to served market needs
  • Approval of proposals and project orders including Terms and Conditions, purchasing levels and cash flow monitoring of business
  • Responsible for Business Development and other areas as assigned of CSIA registration for the location or business unit
  • Responsible for all marketing collateral representing location or business unit capability and experience.
  • Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction with Tegron products and services.
 

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BS Engineering degree or equivalent educational background
  • Typically minimum of 10 years in industry
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills for collaboration and teamwork
  • Clear capability of establishing and maintaining high level relationships within customer and partner organizations
  • Excellent performance in stressful environment
  • Business Management knowledge and understanding of financials for project and services based business
  • Capable of implementing Tegron Business strategy within a highly collaborative environment
  • Expert at using Tegron processes and systems to manage and grow Tegron revenue within assigned market
  • Expert knowledge of Tegron resource capabilities and competencies related to assigned market

  • Complete ownership and understanding the relationships that provide revenue within the assigned area

Interpersonal

  • High level of project team interaction. This position must provide effective and positive feedback utilizing listening skills focused on associate and team satisfaction.
  • Must have strong and consistent relationship with Tegron Delivery team, assigned customers, and assigned partner organizations

Technical

  • Capable of creating opportunities for Tegron products and services that are aligned with Tegron capabilities and competencies
  • Capable of creating and implementing successful market and account level strategy
  • Requires a high level and broad base understanding of technology applications to foster solid communications with Tegron relationships.
  • This position must be able to act in the capacity of a system architect for the application of the technologies within Tegron relationships
  • This position requires a high level of application understanding within the assigned markets and accounts
  • Should have basic estimating competency for developing the costs budgets associated with Tegron products and services.
  • Should have an expert level competency for extracting the maximum value for Tegron products and services within assign markets and customers
  • Knowledgeable for compliance to all local laws, taxes, regulations and standards for government affairs
